Well sort of…
Schmap, an online destination guide, used Nick’s photo of Dublin Mountains – Sally Gap for their guide. They went on his Flickr account and asked him if he would allow them to use it. I think it’s pretty damn cool but Nick didn’t want to bring attention to it on the blog so I’m posting this behind his back!

As summer zips by us, the days in the north country become shorter and shorter. We have already begun to see the shift in daylight which bring with it a chance to glimpse one of the most beautiful light shows on earth, the Auroa Borealis.
These are photos I took last night while being eaten alive by mosquitos, I think it was worth it!

Nick got his new camera – the Nikon D90 and he’s in love. I’m glad too because I know our trip pictures are going to be awesome once he learns everything it can do. We’re hoping for some good Northern Lights action! We got the below shot a couple nights ago. I stand outside as long as possible but when Nick took this picture (with a remote of course!) I was defrosting myself in the car.
Also, I’m not sure how I’m going to leave this precious …
