It’s always great to be able to create something yourself that you would normally buy off of someone else who made it themselves. When that something happens to be amazing French/Italian style bread and the people that have learned to make it are bread fanatics it has the possibility to change your life forever.

So I made it to Fort Albany a few days ago and have been eating ever since. Valentines Day was no different except that we decided to photograph it!
We had a yummy dinner of rack of lamb and cookies for dessert.
